What is a Model Release?
A model release is legally required and will either grant permission to share or not to share your images. This includes places such as my website, email marketing, and social media.
Do I need to sign one?
Yes. All clients are required to sign one BUT before you get all frazzled, there are 4 options to select from:

Full Release
A full release means that you give me permission to share any images from your session.
Partial Release
A partial release would include specific notes as to which can be shared. Typically, my clients will select this option if they wish to share the majority of their images except for any particularly risqué pictures. An example would be all but nude or bare breast/booty.
Anonymous Release
An anonymous release grants permission for unidentifiable pictures. This includes detail shots or where your face is not visible.
You have the option to NOT share your images.
This is an intimate and vulnerable experience. Your comfort and privacy is crucial. If you select No Release, your images will not be shared anywhere.
Another question that gets brought up is whether or not I post your name anywhere along with your photos. I do not and will not ever include your full name on my website or business pages. I respect your privacy and will always practice the upmost discretion with protecting your identity.
